3. Products, pricing and availability
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can vary between screens, and slight variation in finish is normal for footwear and apparel.
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund.
We may correct pricing or description errors at any time. If a genuine error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch — not when you receive the initial order confirmation email. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to the address given, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
5. Payment
We currently accept Direct bank transfer and Cash on Delivery. Orders paid by bank transfer are not dispatched until the funds have cleared in our account; please quote your Order ID as the payment reference. Cash on Delivery may be unavailable for some pin codes or order values.
6. Delivery
Delivery charges, coverage and timeframes are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
The ozyzor name, logo, site design, text and product photography are owned by us or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
